ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a commercially minded and strategically focused leader to own regional air content and pricing performance across a portfolio of European markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role that combines commercial decision-making, stakeholder influence, team leadership, and operational excellence within a globally connected Revenue Management function.
You'll lead a team of analysts, shape regional strategy, and drive measurable outcomes across pricing, content, supplier, technology, and operational priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end content and pricing performance across the European regional portfolio.
- Drive quality, competitiveness, and strategic alignment of air content and pricing across markets.
- Apply the Four Forces framework (Suppliers, Consultants, Customers, and FCTG) to identify opportunities and prioritise actions.
- Maintain accountability for regional pricing outcomes and performance.
- Build strong relationships with Brand and Market leaders to influence commercial decisions.
- Partner with Procurement, Pricing Delivery, Operations, and Technology teams to execute commercial opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and support strategic recommendations.
- Track ROI of initiatives and contribute to regional performance reporting.
- Adapt commercial strategies to differing market dynamics across the region.
- Lead and develop a team of Revenue Management Analysts.
- Set clear expectations, coach team members, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Proactively manage performance and support employee development.
- Create an environment where analysts take ownership of outcomes and initiatives.
- Own and deliver cross-regional or team-wide projects from concept through measurable outcomes.
- Align stakeholders around priorities, plans, and delivery expectations.
- Reprioritise effectively in response to evolving business requirements.
- Represent Revenue Management confidently with senior stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Analyst role.
- Leadership or Team Management experience (direct or virtual).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of the airline distribution landscape, including GDS and NDC.
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing concepts.
- Experience working across multiple markets or within a global-local operating structure (preferred).
- Travel industry background (preferred)
