In this role, you will:
- Lead and evolve the EMEA PMO function, embedding best-in-class governance, frameworks, and delivery standards
- Own the regional project portfolio, aligning priorities with corporate strategy and driving annual planning processes
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Drive resourcing, capacity planning, and prioritisation using tools including Smartsheet PPM
- Partner with senior stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams to manage risk and maximise value
- Build, coach and inspire a collaborative, high-performing PMO and delivery team
- Act as a key member of the EMEA CTO leadership team, influencing strategy and execution across the region
This role offers the opportunity to operate on a truly global stage, working across time zones and collaborating with senior leaders to deliver meaningful transformation and growth.
About you
You’re a strategic and hands-on PMO leader with a proven track record of delivering complex change in global, matrixed organisations. You thrive in high-growth environments and bring a balance of structure, innovation, and people leadership.
You will bring:
- Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in programme delivery, transformation, or portfolio management, with at least 5 years leading PMO functions
- A strong background in managing complex, multi-country portfolios aligned to strategic business goals
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams, with a coaching mindset and a passion for developing others
- Deep knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement, negotiation, and influencing
- A highly analytical, solutions-focused mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and time zones
You’re also:
- A confident communicator who can simplify complexity and build strong relationships
- Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating under pressure
- Passionate about collaboration, innovation, and making a tangible impact every day
