We're hiring a Senior Team Leader to drive the expansion and centralisation of our VIP offering across Europe. It's a great opportunity to lead and grow a high-profile part of the business. Based in London, you'll lead a team of VIP consultants across our European markets and support the London teams day to day. Working alongside Country Leaders and Senior Leaders, you'll be the face of our VIP offering — both with clients and internally. What You'll Do

  • Take responsibility for the leadership, development and culture of the area.
  • Effectively lead and develop all TMs.
  • Provide guidance and support to the leadership team.
  • Effective communication & collaboration.
  • Lead, manage and develop all staff within the area.
  • Driving and motivating the team to excel and demonstrate a positive FCM culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure exceptional performance, motivation and discipline.
  • Review productivity per person and identify development opportunities with TMs.
  • Identify, nurture, develop and promote high-talent individuals from within.
  • Own the operational management and customer service delivered to clients, acting as the senior escalation point.
  • Attend Sales pitches & QBIRs for customers.
  • Demonstrate and drive exceptional, proactive customer service to FCM clients.
  • Manage and reduce service failures.
  • Monitor price models, minimum margins and identify additional income opportunities.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all FCM products and ensure the area can confidently present them to clients.
  • Identify business processes that can be simplified or automated.
  • Champion technology adoption to drive efficiency gains and protect cost margin.
  • Meet and exceed targets in client SLA and other key KPIs.
  • Drive adherence to the OBW process to ensure a consistent customer experience.

  • Superior knowledge of all products and systems and the desire to continue learning.
  • Able to nurture and develop your team and adapt to their needs to ensure the best results.
  • Be approachable and an attentive listener.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ Business Travel Experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Leadership.
  • Education to Degree level (Desirable).
  • ITML Course completed (Desirable).
