About the role

FCM Travel is a fast-growing global travel management company seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Operations team. In this high-energy, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by connecting with key decision-makers across France and Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives on hitting targets, enjoys collaborating with global teams, and is eager to grow within a sales career.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with decision-makers at targeted accounts to schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies using high-velocity sales techniques
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with global SDR teams to maximize pipeline and align with best practices
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Highspot for lead generation
  • Accurately track all sales activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Support industry event coordination and follow-ups
