About You

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for significant revenue retention, identification of growth opportunities, commercial negotiation and delivering a winning strategy for FCM’s largest corporate customers. Using the Service Level Agreement you will drive common service delivery to the client and ensure consistent interpretation and administration of travel policy, including negotiated supplier deals, and business plans to execute client goals. You will be a strong team member and work effectively with the sales team to assist with new business while playing an active role in winning new accounts.

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum client/account relationship or sales management experience
  • Thorough understanding of business travel and ideally GDS and other travel systems
  • Demonstrated strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated superior negotiation skills
  • Highly developed analytical and presentational skills
  • Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to customers
  • Highly tuned interpersonal skills
