About You

As FCM’s newest Business Travel Consultant, you will combine your passion for the industry, alternative mindset, and diverse operational knowledge to deliver top-notch service for your clients. You will ensure their business travel is simpler, safer, more productive, and an overall great experience for their employees. We are specifically seeking German-speaking Business Travel Consultants who can confidently support clients in both German and English. To be successful in this role, you will have C2 proficiency (native or near-native fluency) in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will have a desire for learning, consistently think ahead to identify business needs, and take proactive steps to improve efficiencies. You will bring your energy, passion, and ‘think different’ attitude to any challenge and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders — working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Qualifications

  • C2 proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) – essential
  • GDS systems experience – Amadeus is desirable but not essential
  • Industry and travel knowledge
  • Strong customer focus and service ethics
  • Positive and open-minded attitude with a willingness to adapt
