FCM Travel Solutions is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the Paris market. In this role, you'll identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, LinkedIn engagement, and client consultations. You'll represent a market-leading travel management brand, deliver compelling solutions presentations, and play a key role in winning sustainable corporate business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and research new sales leads through multiple channels.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking activities.
  • Qualify leads against business criteria and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Support RFP and RFQ processes as required.
  • Convert leads into appointments and long-term customers.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and solution-based sales proposals.
  • Achieve monthly sales, activity, and conversion targets.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of FCM products, services, and technology solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Attend training sessions, networking events, conferences, and joint sales pitches.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, KPIs, and One Best Way standards.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years' sales, business development, or customer relationship experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets (Essential).
  • Solution selling experience (Desirable).
  • Travel industry experience (Desirable).
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
