About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Implementation Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful onboarding experiences for national and multi-national clients. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate timelines, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless transition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing client implementation projects from initiation through to go-live
- Coordinating project plans, timelines, and deliverables using internal project management tools
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks that may impact delivery timelines
- Facilitating client meetings, calls, and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Collaborating with internal teams including Account Managers, support functions, and operational leaders
- Ensuring all client-facing documentation and Statements of Work are accurate and up to date
- Providing a high level of customer service while building strong, professional relationships
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About you

- Proven experience in an implementation, project management, or similar client-facing role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of implementation processes and project delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working independently while contributing positively as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Effective time management skills to deliver projects within agreed timelines
Desirable:
- Experience with online booking tools or similar systems
You’ll also be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and occasional travel requirements where needed.
