About the opportunity
We're looking for an engaging Change Manager to support transformational change across FCTG Corporate's EMEA business. In this highly visible role, you'll help drive the successful adoption of new systems, processes, technologies, and ways of working while ensuring our people are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey.
Working closely with deployment, technology, business enablement teams, and regional leaders, you'll play a key role in assessing business readiness, managing stakeholder engagement, developing impactful communications, and delivering change initiatives aligned to global frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes, champion change, and make a meaningful impact across the region.
This will be a 12-18 month secondment to cover a period of maternity leave.
What you'll need
- Minimum 1.5 years' experience in the travel industry with a sound understanding of corporate travel operations.
- Proven experience effectively communicating with a broad business audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business objectives and KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Confident challenging the status quo and recommending improved approaches.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of end-to-end corporate travel processes, including GDS, BO/MO, QC, OBT and reporting tools is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
