About the role
Run a profitable, world-class Emergency Assist function based on FCTG Corporate's company philosophies and standard systems. Managing and developing the Emergency Assist team, maximising team strengths, and identifying and overcoming weaknesses and threats. Vision, knowledge and communication are key attributes for this role.
The Team Manager – Emergency Assist owns the day-to-day leadership of the consultants who monitor, alert and respond to crises affecting travellers, and acts as the escalation point for major incidents, ensuring customers receive market-leading crisis support and duty-of-care assurance around the clock.
About you
- Minimum of 3 year business travel experience, of which at least one year Senior Business Travel Consultant level
- Experience in GDS – Amadeus
- Extensive travel industry, product and fares knowledge
- Experience working within, or managing, a 24/7 or shift-based operation
- Prior exposure to crisis, emergency or duty-of-care management processes
