As an Assistant Team Manager, you'll support the Team Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the team while helping to deliver operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Team Manager in leading day-to-day team operations and business performance.
- Assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Team Manager.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support client retention and growth initiatives.
- Monitor and reduce service failures while maintaining operational excellence.
- Meet and exceed business targets, SLAs, and key performance indicators.
- Follow and promote One Best Way (OBW) processes and standards.
- Conduct coaching, training, regular 1:1s, and team meetings to support development.
- Foster team motivation, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
- Share knowledge and empower team members to achieve individual and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with BDMs, Account Managers, and clients.
- Support business development, implementation activities, and client retention strategies.
- Increase profitability through portfolio growth, operational efficiency, and reduced write-offs.
- Complete financial analysis activities and understand P&L impacts on the business.
- Promote FCTG values, philosophies, and change initiatives within the team.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a consultant within FCTG (Essential).
- Successful track record of performance (Essential).
- Positive and open-minded attitude (Essential).
- Willingness to adapt (Essential).
- Leadership and coaching capabilities (Essential).
- Leadership Level 1 / ATM Training (Desirable).
