About the role
As an Assistant Team Manager, you’ll support the Team Manager in driving performance, service excellence, and team engagement. You’ll take a hands-on approach, balancing day-to-day operations with coaching and leadership. You’ll step up to lead the team when needed, ensuring smooth delivery, strong client service, and consistent achievement of targets and SLAs. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in developing your team, improving processes, and supporting client retention and business growth.
