About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Creative Director to lead the creative vision for Corporate Traveller and FCM, shaping how two of the world's leading business travel brands show up across global markets. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic and hands-on creative leader who combines bold thinking with outstanding creative craft. You'll be responsible for driving brand storytelling, elevating creative quality across every touchpoint, and leading a talented global team to deliver best-in-class campaigns, digital experiences, video, social content, and corporate communications.
Working closely with senior marketing and business leaders, you'll translate brand strategy into compelling creative that not only builds brand affinity but also drives business results. You'll foster a culture of innovation, embrace emerging technologies including AI, and inspire teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to do their best work.
The ideal candidate is a visionary collaborator with the credibility, creativity, and leadership presence to influence stakeholders, champion great ideas, and maintain the highest standards of creative excellence across a complex global organisation.
About you
You're an accomplished Creative Director with a proven track record of building brands, leading high-performing creative teams, and delivering impactful work across multiple channels. Equal parts strategic thinker and creative practitioner, you're passionate about storytelling, exceptional design, and creating work that resonates with audiences and drives business outcomes.
You bring extensive experience leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams, ideally across global or distributed environments, and have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders while fostering strong collaborative relationships. You're as comfortable shaping creative strategy and presenting big ideas as you are rolling up your sleeves to guide execution and elevate the quality of the work.
You'll have a deep understanding of modern marketing, brand development, and the customer journey, with the ability to create compelling creative that supports both brand growth and commercial objectives. Naturally curious and forward-thinking, you embrace innovation and emerging technologies, including AI, and are always looking for new ways to improve how creative is developed, delivered, and scaled.
Most importantly, you're a collaborative leader who inspires those around you, champions creative excellence, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment where creativity, innovation, and business impact go hand in hand.
