An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and technically minded professional to join our Corporate Workflow Solutions (CWS) team. If you're passionate about optimising how our Corporate businesses operate — and you understand the corporate travel world inside out — this could be the role for you.
As a Corporate Workflow Solutions Expert sitting within the Order Management pillar, you'll be at the heart of how our corporate brands perform. You'll identify and deliver initiatives that drive operational excellence across the entire booking workflow, from enquiry through to reporting — whether online or offline. Working closely with Product Managers and our Corporate Technology teams, you'll turn process gaps into efficiency wins and translate technical complexity into business impact.

Ideal Candidate
- Productivity & Performance Identify opportunities to improve consultant workflows, work with Customer Delivery to maximise automation capabilities, and collaborate with Product Management to surface and prioritise development requests.
- Technical Leadership Serve as the system and process expert on projects and initiatives impacting brand workflows, providing technical guidance on business system changes and new product features.
- Communication & Documentation Produce clear documentation throughout the development cycle and keep the business informed on new developments — features, benefits, limitations and roadmap.
- Industry & Business Knowledge Comprehensive knowledge of booking workflows and systems, including front, mid and back office, with experience in GDS systems and online booking tools.
- Experience Minimum 3 years in a corporate (SME) travel environment, with previous involvement in transformational or technology project work highly regarded.
- As this role is specifically focussed on the Re-Shopping Project, ideal candidate will have air product / optimisation background
