The Opportunity
This is your chance to join a dynamic, supportive team and build a foundation in both travel and operations from the ground up. As an Assistant Travel Executive, you'll work closely alongside experienced Travel Executives and Senior Travel Executives, quickly developing hands-on knowledge of what it takes to deliver exceptional experiences to our Scott Dunn guests. This will involve assisting in ensuring accurate guest documentation, bookings, and communications with suppliers, meaning you will play a genuine role in bringing our guests' dream trips to life. This is a role where your contribution and detail orientation makes a meaningful difference. We offer a clear progression pathway from Assistant Executive through to Executive and Senior Executive, supported by incentives that recognise and reward your hard work. Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Operations and Sales teams in verifying booking details and ensuring accuracy in guest documentation.
- Confirm all holiday arrangements, supplier bookings/invoices are correct and ensure guest documentation is completed to the highest standard.
- Help prepare and send documentation to guests (electronically and via the Scott Dunn app).
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm booking arrangements and update records.
- Build your knowledge of luxury travel standards and Scott Dunn's operational processes as a foundation for progression.
