We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our Shell Day Team, supporting the Team Manager in delivering high-quality service and driving team performance.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, step up in the manager’s absence, and ensure service delivery meets client SLAs. A key part of the role is coaching and developing your team, promoting a culture of customer excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll also contribute to business performance through operational efficiency and cost awareness.
You’re a proactive and confident leader with strong business travel experience and a passion for developing people. You bring:
- Proven leadership and the ability to motivate and coach others
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive improvements
- Solid product and systems knowledge within business travel
You’ll ideally have at least 2 years’ business travel experience and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
