ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Corporate Traveller as a Regional Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across your region.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you'll combine hands-on sales success with people leadership, helping teams achieve outstanding results while contributing directly to NBTO growth.
You'll lead from the front, champion strategy, develop talent, and support innovation across sales initiatives and business improvement projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a regional sales area to drive NBTO growth and increase SME customer acquisition.
- Deliver regional business plan objectives aligned to strategic direction set by the Head of Sales.
- Manage performance and development of Team Managers (TMs) and support Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Sign new SME business and contribute directly to business development outcomes.
- Drive sales success rates and ensure consistency in sales solutions presented to customers.
- Create and execute business plans that support Corporate Traveller sales growth targets.
- Support proposal and bid activity including RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
- Lead change initiatives, adoption of new technology, and efficiency improvements across the region.
- Support internal stakeholder training and development initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects designed to enhance sales performance and customer outcomes.
- Represent the region when collaborating with other areas of Corporate Traveller and FCTG.
- Manage sales pipelines, KPI achievement and regional performance outcomes.
- Champion Corporate Traveller's role within the broader UK and global brand strategy.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
