- Work as part of a team to meet all customer travel requirements, using Flight Centre's preferred product & suppliers.
- Maximise quote-to-booking conversions and build a sustainable customer portfolio through outstanding customer experience and service levels.
- Juggle several responsibilities competently.
- Focus on monthly KPI targets and drive towards them.

- Use initiative and self‐motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations.
