The Consultant role is to work as part of a team to meet all customers' travel requirements, utilising Flight Centre's preferred product & suppliers. This includes maximising quote to booking conversions and building a sustainable customer portfolio through outstanding customer experience and service levels.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Able to juggle several responsibilities competently
- Focus on monthly KPI targets and driving towards them
- Be able to communicate with team members and work together in close proximity
- Able to use initiative and self-motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations
- Ability to think outside the box and to control situations that may arise
- Be able to process lots of information accurately and ensure invoicing is correct
- Be able to think about why things change and look upon changes positively
- Continually upskills and learns in their relevant discipline (destination expertise, airfare expertise, complex airfares, premium cabins, group travel etc.)
- Passionate about our company and our philosophies
- Be able to build relationships and be professional at all times
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- Proven track record in individual sales
- Degree level qualification or equivalent
