About the role
We are seeking a driven and professional Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People & Culture team within Flight Centre UK & Europe. In this key position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across all brands and departments, including roles within the tech space.
You will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial application to final outcome. As a brand ambassador, you will represent Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) with authenticity and enthusiasm, promoting our values and culture to prospective employees.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
