About the role

The purpose of the Senior Paid Media Manager is two prong: 1. To lead the Flight Centre paid media strategy across digital channels, and, 2. To adopt an advisory position on offline channels ensuring you have oversight of all investment decisions and campaign activity. Online channels include (not exhaustive) PPC, paid social, display, YouTube, radio, affiliates and VOD. Offline channels include OOH, Radio and Press. We need to spend smartly while ensuring we reach, engage, and convert customers at every stage of the funnel in order to meet overall marketing ROI and achieve business goals. This role plays a pivotal role in increasing awareness/consideration as well as driving e-commerce sales (later when we launch eComm in market), enquiry/leads, customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates and maximizing marketing efficiency.

About you

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in paid media (digital and offline) or related field.
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, as well as other emerging digital and traditional media channels.
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
