The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Role Purpose: To provide full administrative support to the Product Team and Sales team to ensure that our product is kept up to date, relevant, and accurate. This role will predominantly be working on our Asia and Africa product.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the consistency and accuracy of all products within your geographic area.
  • Responsibility for adding all new products such as hotels, experiences, offers, flights, transfers and uploading offers to our system.
  • Day to day product support of sales team to ensure efficiency and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Producing training, tools and resources such as templates for sales teams.
  • Providing overall support to DMs.
  • Effective communication with sales teams and the wider business.
  • Working towards the product strategy on larger projects as directed.

Duties:

  • Ensure that new product content is loaded, and existing product is up to date and well-organised.
  • To troubleshoot and solve problems regarding content loading onto the product database.
  • Identify missing elements and load flights and transfers in a consistent and well-ordered format.
  • Perform regular content maintenance and integrity checks on the product database.
  • Produce a weekly product update for the sales team.
  • Creating sales tools e.g., cheat sheets and templates to support the sales teams.
  • Assist sales teams with post fam work and loading content into COPs.
  • Support Destination Manager(s) with day-to-day tasks as required.
  • Complete project work across destinations or types of travel in line with product strategy.
  • Loading and refreshing images for geographic, properties and itineraries as required.
  • Saving and linking contracts.
  • Ensure all tactical and yearly contracted offers are loaded onto product base and communicated to sales.
  • Research new product development areas with guidance from Destination Manager.
  • Train and support new members of the team.
  • Identify and rectify any inaccurate, missing, or incomplete website content.
  • Research and load generic product data, including geographic, seasonal and type descriptions.

Location: We aim to find someone who would be office based in our London, Hammersmith office.
