We’re looking for an experienced Invoicing Product Manager to shape and lead a global invoicing product that powers how customers are charged for travel and related services. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from defining strategy to delivering scalable, automated invoicing solutions across multiple markets. Working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Commercial teams, you’ll help deliver seamless, compliant, and customer-focused invoicing experiences globally. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and define the global product roadmap for invoicing across all customer segments and markets
  • Develop scalable invoicing models that balance global consistency with local regulatory requirements
  • Prioritise product enhancements based on automation, accuracy, customer experience, and commercial value
  • Define and manage transaction and service fee structures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across markets and channels
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure fee models are scalable, auditable, and aligned to system capabilities
  • Define customer data requirements to support accurate invoicing, compliance, and reporting
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to ensure reliable data capture and integration into invoicing systems
  • Define invoice layouts and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards
  • Own end-to-end invoice generation, validation, and distribution across digital channels
  • Lead the delivery of e-invoicing capabilities aligned to local regulations and customer needs
  • Drive automation and reduce manual intervention in invoicing processes
  • Translate business requirements into product specifications, epics, and user stories
  • Partner with technical teams and vendors to build scalable invoicing solutions
  • Monitor KPIs such as invoice accuracy, automation rates, and timeliness to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and financial control requirements across markets
  • Manage stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Sales, and Operations to align product priorities
  • Provide product expertise to support account management, sales, and onboarding teams
  • Support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives through collaboration with support teams
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management roles focused on invoicing, billing, or revenue systems
  • Experience in corporate TMC or complex multi-market service environments preferred
  • Hands‑on experience with transaction fees, billing rules, and customer‑specific invoicing models
  • Experience working with e‑invoicing regulations and electronic delivery models across markets
  • Experience using Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Strong collaboration skills with Finance, Commercial, Account Management, and Operations teams
  • Degree in technology, finance, or related field (preferred)
