As a Finance Modules Product Manager, you’ll shape and deliver critical finance system capabilities that power automation, control, and operational excellence across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role working across Finance, Technology, and Operations to unlock efficiency and innovation in mid- and back-office finance processes. You’ll own the product lifecycle, influence strategy, and deliver meaningful outcomes that enhance the way finance operates globally. It is imperative that you have strong knowledge of the modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the global product roadmap for finance system modules within the Finance Systems domain.
  • Define standard finance module capabilities while supporting local regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Prioritise enhancements based on automation impact, risk reduction, and finance productivity.
  • Align finance module strategy with broader Finance Systems and corporate technology roadmaps.
  • Use data and insights to define KPIs and track product success.
  • Define and deliver system-supported finance processes including reconciliation, exception management, and intercompany processing.
  • Partner with Transactional Finance teams to translate process needs into automated workflows.
  • Ensure strong financial controls including auditability, traceability, and segregation of duties.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through to release, adoption, and optimisation.
  • Translate business and finance requirements into epics, user stories, and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs, engineers, and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with invoicing, payments, and reporting platforms.
  • Enable exception-based operations and reduce manual processing.
  • Analyse trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support L2/L3 teams with product knowledge and defect prioritisation.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements across markets.
  • Act as the primary product interface for finance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other product managers to deliver end-to-end process consistency.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management roles focused on finance systems, ERP modules, or back-office platforms.
  • Experience in corporate TMC, travel technology, or complex multi-entity environments (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with finance process automation and control frameworks.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong collaboration across Finance, Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Degree in technology, finance, or a related field (preferred).
