About the Role
The Manager, Global Growth & Demand Generation plays a pivotal role in driving full-funnel marketing programs that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue across a global B2B portfolio. Sitting within a global marketing team, you will lead both global and local demand generation initiatives, partnering with Brand Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to shape strategy, execution, and performance across multiple markets and brands. This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role, ensuring strategic consistency while enabling localisation and agility to meet regional market needs. You will act as a key connector across teams, translating growth strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will lead and influence a network of digital specialists across automation, paid media, SEO, CRO, and broader digital channels, driving day‑to‑day campaign excellence, optimisation, and technical delivery aligned to ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable global demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals
- Lead multi‑channel digital campaigns across paid media, email, web, and programmatic channels
- Drive pipeline acceleration and ROI through performance marketing and continuous optimisation
- Own website strategy and CRO initiatives, improving conversion through testing and personalisation
- Build and scale marketing automation and lead nurture programs aligned to buyer journeys
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to define lead scoring, lifecycle management, and handoff processes
- Deliver data‑driven insights, owning dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting
- Oversee SEO and organic growth strategies to complement paid acquisition efforts
- Act as a centre of excellence, sharing best practices, frameworks, and performance benchmarks globally
About you
You are a commercially driven, data‑led marketing leader with a passion for building high‑performing demand generation strategies at scale. You thrive in complex, global environments and are confident leading across multiple brands, regions, and stakeholder groups.
Requirements & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in demand generation or digital marketing within B2B or hybrid tech‑enabled services
- 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a multi‑brand or shared services environment
- Proven expertise across paid media, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and performance analytics
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and sales alignment
- Demonstrated success in owning pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and revenue impact
- Experience working globally across regions, cultures, and time zones
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence teams (directly and indirectly) across digital marketing disciplines
- Track record of delivering high‑quality campaign execution and operational excellence
