- Work as part of a team to meet all customer travel requirements, using Flight Centre's preferred product & suppliers.
- Maximise quote-to-booking conversions and build a sustainable customer portfolio through outstanding customer experience and service levels.
- Juggle several responsibilities competently.
- Focus on monthly KPI targets and drive towards them.
- Communicate with team members and work closely together.
- Use initiative and self‑motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations.
- Think 'outside the box' and control situations that may arise.
- Process large amounts of information accurately and ensure invoicing is correct.
- Think about why things change and view changes positively.
- Continuously upskill and learn in relevant disciplines (destination expertise, airfare expertise, complex airfares, premium cabins, group travel etc.).

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales.
- Proven track record in individual sales.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent.
