The Stakeholder Engagement Manager serves as the primary relationship builder and engagement specialist for the clients meetings and events programme ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, building trust and confidence in the Brands services, and driving revenue growth through enhanced visibility and relationship management. As the key point of contact for stakeholders, this position ensures effective communication, community building, and business development across the entire client ecosystem.

The Role:
- Strategy: Serve as the key point of contact both internally and externally for the Meeting & Events programme. Develop and deliver a programme of proactive and impactful stakeholder engagement with the client ecosystem. Increase Meeting & Events and Programme visibility across the client ecosystem to impact, influence and drive change. Map key decision makers and bookers in the client ecosystem to optimise engagement and drive informed decisions. Lead engagement strategies that attract new meeting bookers providing full support to achieve a high conversion ratio.
- Business Development: Drive revenue through existing meeting booker platforms and develop additional opportunities. Action leads from the client ecosystem to spec out strong meeting booker opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders that support understanding of the Meeting & Events programme, drive growth and share benefits realisation. Develop strategic briefing materials and case studies that build trust and confidence to use Meeting & Events.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and work cross functionally within the client ecosystem ensuring good engagement and open dialogue to achieve 'buy in'. Organise events to build communities, such as round tables and networking evenings, coffee chats, 'get to know you' lunch and learns, new venue opening receptions. Represent the Brand at client forums, panels and events to build visibility of the Meeting & Events programme, services and products. Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal teams to identify issues and be part of the solution in partnership with the leadership. Identify and respond to appropriate concerns and challenges from the 'front' with meeting booker.
About You: Essential experience in managing engagement projects and programmes in the Meetings & Events industry. Proven track record of attracting new clients and growing existing programmes. Demonstrated experience from a global.
