Role Summary
This position is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and continued success of our Global Corporate Business. As shared resources and global alignment across Marketing, Leadership and Technology increase, this role is crucial in ensuring costs, projects and charging models are appropriately accounted for, managed and controlled. You will develop excellent relationships with the Global Corporate Marketing teams, external partners and the management of our various global and regional corporate brands. The role demands first‑class financial control, reporting and analysis delivered in a timely, accurate manner, and requires motivation to work well both autonomously and as part of the Global Finance team.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside business leaders to develop an excellent understanding of their business, allowing you to make a valued contribution to business decision‑making.
- Assist leaders with understanding the financial implications of all decisions through ad‑hoc analysis and ongoing tracking of performance.
- Provide appropriate levels of challenge to maximise profit and control costs, involving target setting, budgeting, reforecasting, ROI analysis and other ad‑hoc analysis.
- Take responsibility for all financial reporting, including production and review of profit and loss statements.
- Develop and maintain local reporting processes and systems to track key performance indicators and drivers.
- Send invoices on agreed timelines and manage aged debt, chasing overdue invoices.
- Produce ad‑hoc reporting to enhance decision‑making.
- Provide timely, complete and accurate management accounts, including balance sheet postings.
