DOMAIN PRODUCT MANAGER - TRIPSABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for an experienced Domain Product Manager to own the Trips domain, a critical product suite that powers reservation data ingestion, customer-facing savings and comparison insights, and end-to-end ticket lifecycle tracking.
This is a high-impact opportunity where your work directly influences customer conversations, commercial outcomes, audit readiness, and product innovation across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and execute the Trips domain roadmap across reservation data ingestion, data products, and ticket lifecycle tracking.
Balance foundational data integrity initiatives with commercially visible product enhancements.
Define how the domain evolves to stay ahead of industry changes, including booking sources, vendor integrations, and reservation data standards.
Establish and monitor quality and success metrics, including data ingestion accuracy, completeness, savings methodology integrity, and recoverable unused ticket value.
Drive performance against key product outcomes and business objectives.
Partner closely with the Product Owner within the domain, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction.
Maintain audit-ready decision logs, including data source prioritisation and measurement methodologies.
Lead product capabilities through onboarding to general availability, including sales enablement and implementation documentation.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Implementation, and other product domains that rely on Trips data.
Champion the Platform Services vision and increase API adoption through stakeholder engagement and influence.
Evaluate where AI can improve domain outcomes while maintaining appropriate levels of auditability and deterministic logic.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across global business units.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS5-7 years of Product Management experience owning a product or domain end-to-end with demonstrated business outcomes.
Working knowledge of reservation and booking data structures across multiple source types, including GDS and non-GDS.
Experience operating in environments that require high levels of data quality and accuracy.
Strong ability to communicate complex topics to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
B2B platform or travel technology experience preferred.
Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
