The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven campaigns manager to join our marketing team for Corporate Traveller UK. This role will take ownership of both the localisation of global campaigns for the UK audience and the development of UK-specific campaign initiatives that respond to regional market opportunities, ICP priorities, and commercial needs. The CT UK Campaigns Manager will design and manage campaign strategies across the funnel ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, brand standards, and the overall UK Marketing plan. They will work closely with the UK Head of Marketing, UK Marketing Assistant, Sales, and the global marketing teams to deliver campaign outcomes and other agreed projects that contribute to pipeline creation and revenue growth. The campaign manager should also be able to architect campaigns that demonstrate insight, creativity, and clear performance across multiple channels. Strong project management skills are essential, as the role will coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and manage several initiatives simultaneously at different stages of development, activation, and optimisation. A solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms is crucial, as is the ability to define content and messaging based on audience needs and stage of the buyer journey. We are looking for a strong communicator and collaborator who can confidently work with UK and global stakeholders and who is motivated by delivering commercial results and continuously optimising campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives, brand standards, and the UK Marketing plan.
  • Localise global campaigns for the UK audience and develop UK-specific initiatives that respond to regional market opportunities and ICP priorities.
  • Coordinate with the UK Head of Marketing, UK Marketing Assistant, Sales, and global teams to deliver campaign outcomes and projects that contribute to pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Architect campaigns with insight, creativity, and measurable performance across channels.
  • Apply strong project management to coordinate stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives at various stages of development, activation, and optimisation.
  • Define content and messaging based on audience needs and buyer journey stage.
