About the role
Are you passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities? We're looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting chance to partner with leaders across Flight Centre UK & Europe, playing a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across all brands and departments - including tech. In this position, you will take ownership of the full recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every candidate. As a trusted brand ambassador, you'll showcase our culture, values, and the incredible career possibilities within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG).
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective, tailored talent solutions
- Champion the Flight Centre brand to attract top-tier candidates across multiple disciplines
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a positive, inclusive, and memorable recruitment experience
What You'll Bring
- Strong proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and talent-sourcing techniques
- Minimum 2 years experience within Flight Centre Travel Group and/or professional recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
