As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that support our travel management platform across Europe. You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into robust end-to-end solution designs that enhance the customer journey, optimise operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.
You will lead solution design across complex environments, integrating internal platforms, legacy systems, and third-party travel technologies. From early concept development through to delivery, you will provide architectural guidance, support project planning, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and strategic objectives. You’ll also evaluate emerging technologies and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills. You enjoy solving complex problems, can see the bigger picture, and are confident influencing outcomes across multidisciplinary teams. You are analytical, pragmatic, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Requirements for the role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience within travel, hospitality, or service-based industries is highly desirable
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proven experience designing and integrating complex systems, including third-party APIs (e.g. travel booking platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre)
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, system integration patterns, and security best practices
