We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team for a 6 month secondment. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a large and highly impactful regional project within the FCM M&E brand, developing comprehensive project plans and initiating strategic ideas.
- Execute plans with precision while aligning with business priorities; engage in proactive risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and resource optimization to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams; solve challenges with a hands-on approach to maximize opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as an end-to-end project manager with a focus on business-driven projects, or 5 years+ equivalent FCTG experience.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach; initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity; remain composed under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills, across a global, matrixed business.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Meticulous attention to detail for maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly addressed.
- Effective time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
