As a Group and Event Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end service to multi-corporate clients within FCM Meetings & Events. Working as part of a small, specialist team, you will manage group travel and event-related travel requirements, ensuring every client experience is professional, proactive and aligned with FCM operational standards.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, coordinating group air travel, venue sourcing support, and complex group requirements. The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple requests under pressure, and a strong focus on meeting service level agreements, turnaround times, and commercial targets.
In addition to customer delivery, you will contribute to business productivity by maximising preferred suppliers, working towards KPIs, and following FCM systems and processes. You will also be encouraged to actively develop your skills, engage with internal communications, and continuously improve your knowledge of FCM products, technology, and meetings & events services.
You are a customer-focused travel professional with experience or strong knowledge of travel coordination, ideally within group or events travel. You take pride in delivering outstanding service and building trusted relationships with clients and suppliers. You are organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
You are confident communicating clearly and professionally, able to listen carefully to client requirements and translate them into effective solutions. You are commercially aware, target driven, and comfortable working towards KPIs while maintaining high service standards.
You are proactive in your own development, open to learning new systems and processes, and motivated to continuously improve. You work well as part of a team, demonstrate attention to detail, and are comfortable using travel technology and systems to deliver accurate and efficient outcomes.
