The Assistant Manager will need to provide support to the Manager in running a profitable business, based on company philosophies and standard systems. They will lead by example by providing exceptional service to our clients whilst demonstrating passion, knowledge, commitment, and business sense. The Assistant Manager must be able to effectively run all aspects of the business in the absence of the Manager, being approachable, committed to the personal and professional development of all team members, and display a strong understanding of customer requirements and team KPIs.
