The Role
This role architects campaigns that demonstrate insight and creativity to achieve agreed outcomes across multiple platforms. The role will have strong project management skills and will coordinate multi‑disciplinary resources and simultaneously manage multiple campaigns at various stages of development and execution.
The Campaign Manager will leverage their deep understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and audience behaviour to develop and deliver content tailored to specific target segments and stages of the buyer journey.
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Previous experience of end‑to‑end campaign ownership in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the travel industry – highly desirable, not essential
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication, collaboration skills and techniques, to influence key partners
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Autonomy and the ability to execute a strategy from ideation to implementation
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and manage an agency, ensuring everything runs on time and to budget
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, including copywriting
- Stakeholder management - ability to create and maintain strong relationships
- Creative conceptualisation and strong at briefing agencies
- Experience with media buying is a plus
