岗位职责

  • 区域市场拓展:负责所辖区域高校市场开发及业务拓展;建立并维护与 Students' Union(学生会)、学校部门、学生社团及学生公寓等合作关系;拓展本地商户资源,推动商务合作落地;持续提升区域品牌影响力及市场覆盖率。
  • 推广负责:策划并执行校园推广活动,包括 Freshers' Fair、Roadshow、校园地推等;负责区域用户增长,完成公司制定的注册及活跃用户目标;收集市场反馈及用户需求,为产品及运营优化提供建议;建立区域校园资源网络。
  • 团队管理:招募兼职地推团队,搭建团队;制定团队工作计划,监督执行情况;协调区域资源,确保项目顺利推进;建立高效的区域运营团队。
  • 数据及项目管理:负责区域 KPI 的制定及完成;定期汇报区域运营情况及项目进展;与运营、市场及产品团队保持密切协作。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历;
  • 具备优秀的沟通协调能力及团队管理能力;
  • 责任心强,执行力高,能够独立开展工作;
  • 具备良好的组织策划能力及项目管理能力;
  • 能够适应英国区域内出差;
  • 有校园推广、商务拓展、市场营销、销售、活动运营等相关经验者优先;
  • 熟悉英国高校环境或拥有校园资源者优先;
  • 英语沟通能力良好,会中文者优先。
