The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, organised, and process-driven Project Manager to streamline the execution of our global initiatives. The ideal candidate lives and breathes workflow efficiency, understands the psychology of team dynamics, and has a proven track record of managing or assisting large-scale cross-functional projects for tech products or digital platforms.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute project management strategies across various departments to drive massive operational growth and direct product delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end management of high-impact project lifecycles that align with our apps multi-service ecosystem, such as Finance, Lifestyle, etc.
- Stay ahead of project management methodologies and platform tools to create optimised workflow opportunities that increase team productivity.
- Analyse project KPIs (timeline, resource allocation, budget, etc) to optimise team performance. You will be responsible for the ROI of project-to-launch funnels.
- Work closely with the Product and Growth teams to align project timelines.
- Lead the creation, documentation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution across all product verticals.
