As Senior Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fueling Flicknmix's ambitious growth trajectory. You will be responsible for managing investor relations, leading fundraising initiatives, and supporting the capital operations that underpin our ecosystem expansion, including our unique IPO matrix strategy. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, from investor identification and outreach to due diligence coordination and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain compelling investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, data rooms, and investment memoranda.
- Structure and negotiate term sheets, ensuring alignment with Flickmix's long-term strategic objectives.
- Monitor global capital markets and identify optimal timing and structures for fundraising rounds.
Investor Relations
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, strategic partners, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for existing investors, providing regular updates on company performance, milestones, and strategic initiatives.
- Organise and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and participation in industry conferences.
IPO Matrix Support
- Support the capital structuring and pre-IPO preparation for Flicknmix's subsidiary companies across verticals (Travel, Luxury, MCN, E-Commerce, Med Beauty, AI Agents).
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for public listings.
- Develop financial projections and valuation models for subsidiary spin-offs.
Strategic Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment strategy and positioning.
- Prepare board-level presentations and reports on fundraising progress, investor sentiment, and capital allocation.
- Track and analyse key financial metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development, with a proven track record in fundraising or M&A transactions.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse investor audiences.
- Network: Established relationships with institutional investors and VCs in the UK, EU or North America.
- Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
