You will work closely with growth, product, marketing, compliance, and finance teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a regulated UK environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the “Campus → City → Commerce” growth model, ensuring a coherent and scalable user journey across stages.
- Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing activity across social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and ROI.
- Build, scale, and manage a UK-wide campus ambassador network, working closely with student representatives and university communities.
- Deliver experiential marketing initiatives, including on-campus activations, brand partnerships, and local events.
- Partner with growth leadership to design and operate referral programmes with clear incentive structures.
- Own and continuously improve the user lifecycle framework, from onboarding through to reactivation.

- Develop user segmentation strategies to enable more personalised and relevant user experiences.
- Track and improve key engagement and retention metrics, including DAU/MAU, cohort retention, and churn.
- Oversee push notification and in-app messaging strategies, ensuring a balance between engagement and user experience.
- Lead community management efforts, encouraging user-generated content, advocacy, and long‑term loyalty.
- Data & Analytics
- Define, monitor, and report on core growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC ratio, viral coefficient, and cohort performance.
- Conduct structured experimentation, including A/B testing across acquisition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Work with CRM and analytics tools to ensure high-quality user data and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in user growth, operations, community management, or growth marketing within a consumer technology business.
- Demonstrated experience scaling user bases from early‑stage to significant scale, or operating and optimising large, active user communities.
- Strong hands‑on experience across user acquisition channels, including paid social, referral programmes, influencer partnerships, and grassroots or campus marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data and experimentation to inform decision‑making.
- Familiarity with analytics and data tools such as SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z user behaviour, digital communities, and social media dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
- Native or fluent English; additional language skills are a plus, particularly for cross‑regional collaboration.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and employee benefits.
- A high‑impact role with ownership across growth, engagement, and community strategy.
- Close collaboration with senior leadership in a growing consumer platform business.
- A pragmatic, data-informed, and execution‑focused working environment.
