We are looking for a Marketing Event Executive to help build our offline presence through on-campus events, pop-up activities, lifestyle partnerships, and promotional campaigns across the UK. This is a hands-on execution role, suited to someone who enjoys managing events end to end β from planning and logistics through to on-the-ground delivery and post-event evaluation. The role will work closely with marketing, growth, and community teams to support brand awareness and user growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver on-campus and city-based brand events across the UK.
- Lead on-the-ground execution, including booth set-up, promotional material distribution, and live event coordination.
- Coordinate with student societies, venues, suppliers, and external brand partners.
- Support the recruitment, coordination, and on-site management of volunteers and campus ambassadors during events.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Collect qualitative feedback and basic performance data to evaluate event effectiveness.
- Support wider marketing campaigns, partnerships, and product launch events as required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in events execution, offline marketing, brand marketing, or experiential roles.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-the-ground environments, including travel and flexible working hours during events.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in real time.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with university communities or student-led organisations.
- Previous exposure to lifestyle, youth, entertainment, or consumer-facing brands.
