About Zymix
Zymix is the definitive lifestyle ecosystem for the digital generation, bridging the gap between social connection and real-world experience. We are redefining the platform economy by prioritising authenticity, community, and friction-free living.
About the role
We're hiring a Creative Designer (Graphic / Visual) to own our brand materials and out-of-home (OOH) advertising design. You'll turn briefs into bold, culturally-tuned visual work that connects with UK Gen Z — designing everything from brand collateral to large-format OOH campaigns — while keeping our brand consistent, distinctive and instantly recognisable across every touchpoint.
You're a conceptual thinker and a meticulous maker: equally happy generating big campaign ideas and sweating the kerning on a final billboard artwork.
What you'll do
- Design brand materials end-to-end: collateral, decks, social and digital assets, print, packaging and event/environmental graphics.
- Concept and produce out-of-home (OOH) advertising — billboards, transit, digital screens and other large-format placements — with impact at scale.
- Create visual campaigns and content tailored to UK Gen Z tastes, platforms and cultural moments.
- Develop and steward brand assets — layouts, typography, colour, iconography and templates — for consistency at scale.
- Prepare and deliver print-ready and OOH-ready artwork to spec, liaising with print and media partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and external partners to take work from brief to final delivery.
- Bring fresh references and trend awareness into the team and help push our visual language forward.
What we're looking for
- Strong portfolio of graphic / visual work showing original ideas and high craft across formats.
- Deep, current understanding of the UK Gen Z market — visual codes, humour, platforms and what earns attention.
- Experience across more than one sector — ideally including technology / IT and consumer / lifestyle brands.
- Strong brand awareness: you protect and elevate a brand while keeping work fresh.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma a plus.
- Excellent layout, typography and composition skills, with real attention to detail in production.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and hit deadlines without dropping quality.
Nice to have
- OOH design experience — proven work designing for billboards, transit and other out-of-home formats.
- Video & motion creative — you can produce motion graphics, edits or animated social content.
- Social-first design — experience creating for TikTok, Instagram and other Gen Z-heavy platforms.
- Brand identity — experience building or evolving visual identity systems.
- Art direction — involvement in photo or video shoots, from moodboard to final selects.
Why join us
- Build a category-defining product for UK and European Gen-Z from day one.
- Small senior team, direct access to leadership, fast decision-making.
- Private healthcare through AXA from day 1, including group income protection and group life cover.
- Vibrant Soho office with free breakfast and afternoon snacks, weekly happy hour & more.
- Competitive salary (DOE) + benefits package.
