随着英国市场快速扩张，我们现招聘 Regional Leader（区域负责人），负责指定区域的市场拓展、校园运营及团队管理，推动区域业务增长，建立完善的校园运营体系。
岗位职责
一、区域市场拓展
负责所辖区域高校市场开发及业务拓展；
建立并维护与 Students' Union（学生会）、学校部门、学生社团及学生公寓等合作关系；
拓展本地商户资源，推动商务合作落地；
持续提升区域品牌影响力及市场覆盖率。
二、推广负责
策划并执行校园推广活动，包括 Freshers' Fair、Roadshow、校园地推等；
负责区域用户增长，完成公司制定的注册及活跃用户目标；
收集市场反馈及用户需求，为产品及运营优化提供建议；
建立区域校园资源网络。
三、团队管理
招募兼职地推团队，搭建团队；
制定团队工作计划，监督执行情况；
协调区域资源，确保项目顺利推进；
建立高效的区域运营团队。
四、数据及项目管理
负责区域 KPI 的制定及完成；
定期汇报区域运营情况及项目进展；
与运营、市场及产品团队保持密切协作。
任职要求
本科及以上学历；
具备优秀的沟通协调能力及团队管理能力；
责任心强，执行力高，能够独立开展工作；
具备良好的组织策划能力及项目管理能力；
能够适应英国区域内出差；
有校园推广、商务拓展、市场营销、销售、活动运营等相关经验者优先；
熟悉英国高校环境或拥有校园资源者优先；
英语沟通能力良好，会中文者优先。
