Role Description
The Main Sign Fitter is a full‑time remote role responsible for installing and maintaining a variety of interior and exterior signage. Day‑to‑day tasks include:
- Reviewing installation plans
- Interpreting technical drawings
- Preparing materials and tools
- Coordinating with project managers and clients to confirm installation requirements
The role involves safely mounting signs on buildings or structures, ensuring proper alignment, secure fixing, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience with sign fitting or similar installation work, including reading plans, measuring, and using hand and power tools safely.

- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities for onsite challenges related to alignment, mounting surfaces, and structural conditions.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating remotely with team members, clients, and suppliers, and for documenting work clearly.

- IPAF / Pasma / driving licence required. Training can be given for the right person.
- You will be the lead fitter and in charge of running a van and supporting / teaching a fitters mate.
