About the Role: As a part of our strategic evolution, we seek more than just a skilled professional – we are looking for a standout personality! In this cross-functional role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication and work closely with various colleagues and departments. The ideal candidate has solid experience or is a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented, brings simplicity to complex issues and has a passion for working in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the company’s marketing strategy in the UK.
- Your main tasks are to define and implement a marketing strategy which impacts sales and brand growth, monitor competition and support the expansion of our service in new locations.
- You monitor and improve digital marketing campaigns with the help of internal experts and best-in-class digital marketing agencies.
- You support the local teams with marketing materials.
- You set up and participate in local events.
- You conceive and support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collaterals.
- You ensure a good and correct presence of the brand in the market.
- You create regular reports about the evolution and impact of the marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated experience in Marketing of 3 - 5 years at least.
- Working permit in the UK.
- You have a solution-oriented work style to feel comfortable in a fast-growing work environment.
- Basic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Facebook Business Manager etc.
- Ideally, some basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva).
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- A result-driven mindset.
- You are a native English speaker.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
