- Providing expert clinical pharmacy input across acute care and oncology services br /
- Supporting the safe, effective and appropriate use of medicines br /
- Delivering pharmacy services across inpatient, day care and outpatient settings br /
- Working closely with consultants, nurses and other healthcare professionals br /
- Supporting medicines management systems and clinical governance br /
- Contributing to service improvement and pharmacy development projects br /
- Acting as a senior clinical role model within the department br /
- Supervising and supporting junior pharmacy colleagues br /
- Providing education and training to pharmacy, nursing and medical teams /p p strong To be considered, you will need: /strong /p p
- MPharm or BSc Pharmacy qualification br /
- Current GPh C registration br /
- A relevant postgraduate clinical qualification, such as a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy br /
- Previous acute hospital pharmacy experience, which is essential br /
- Experience within oncology, acute medicine or another relevant specialist area would be advantageous br /
