About the Role

We are working with a GP Surgery to recruit a General Practitioner (GP) for a locum opportunity starting in September, offering 3–4 days per week with a flexible working pattern. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality primary care consultations (face-to-face and/or remote)
  • Manage a routine and acute patient caseload
  • Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred clinical care
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Practice Overview

  • Patient list size of approximately 6,500
  • 15-minute standard appointments
  • Heidi transcription software to reduce admin time
  • Automated lab reporting systems
  • Docman workflow system with typically 7–10 letters per day
  • On-site parking available
