About the Role
\n
An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Salaried General Practitioners to join a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice in Wadhurst.
\n
The practice is recruiting due to both planned growth and an upcoming vacancy, with one position available immediately and a second commencing from October. You'll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care, with 15-minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.

Key Responsibilities

- \n Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations
- \n Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions
- \n Develop personalised treatment and management plans
- \n Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber
- \n Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services
- \n Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne
- \n Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- \n Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement

What We're Looking ForEssential
\n
- \n
- \n MRCGP qualified
- \n Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
- \n Inclusion on the GMC GP Register
- \n Listed on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland)
- \n Independent Prescriber
- \n UK based
- \n Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills
\n

- \n Interest in collaborative multidisciplinary working
