We are seeking an Occupational Health Physician (OHP) to join our Central London Primary Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career working with corporate clients from banking, law, and technology sectors, alongside a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, physiotherapists, GPs, nurses, and wellbeing specialists.

As an OHP with us, you will be the designated partner for our corporate clients, working directly with their employees and HR teams to embed in occupational health services. You will provide expert guidance, advice, and support, ensuring employees have seamless access to our full suite of healthcare services and that the client experience is consistent and effective.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client organisations and their HR teams
  • Embed our clients’ occupational health services within client organisations
  • Provide guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management
  • Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure the service is delivered effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Occupational health case management, triage, and absence reviews
  • Clinical consultations including initial appointments (60 mins) and follow-ups (30 mins)
  • Peer review, audit, and quality assurance
  • Administration, documentation, and client reporting
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic employee support

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records
