We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a supportive Adult Mental Health service within Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL).
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care across community and inpatient settings, while developing your clinical and leadership skills within a progressive NHS Trust.
- Carry out comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health and care needs
- Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans using evidence-based practice
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate mental health care
- Support and guide healthcare support workers, students, and new team members
- Contribute to risk assessment, crisis management, safeguarding, and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with CNWL policies, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines

Qualifications:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN)
- Current NMC registration
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience within Adult Mental Health
- Understanding of professional boundaries and recovery-focused care
